Be sure and check the time listed on your ticket. Entry times are 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30. This is just for staggering entries! No one gets kicked out (feel free to linger if your friends etc got tickets for a later slot).
It will probably be cold. If you arrive early, you will be waiting outside. Dress appropriately.
There will be a line. Hundreds of people. If you want to get in first, you will need to get there early.
Doors open at 5:30pm for those with 5:30 tickets.
Once inside, you may begin selecting your pieces. There is no limit.
All pieces are priced at $20 and the individual artists receive 100% of their sales.
This is important: If you take a piece off the wall, you are committing to buy it. Under NO circumstances are you allowed to put pieces back on the wall. We are very serious about this. If your children remove pieces from the wall (even for a second!) you will be expected to buy those pieces. You cannot grab something, see something you like better, and swap them. By holding onto a piece and then not buying it, you are preventing anyone else from purchasing that piece, and potentially ruining that sale for the artist. Do not do this. We will be watching for this behavior, and will be enforcing these sales.
Some of these pieces are VERY FRAGILE. Handle the pieces with care. You will be expected to buy anything you break or damage.
Be careful when removing the piece from the wall. Because of how close they are hung, we do not want you knocking anything else off the wall. Pieces are hung on small nails. Some may be lighter or heavier than they appear.
Boxes will be available - please bring a sturdy shopping bag if you plan on purchasing multiple pieces.

Once you gather up all of your pieces, you will get in line to purchase them. This line will be very long. We appreciate your patience.
CASH IS PREFERRED but cards can be accepted. WE CHARGE A $1.00 PER PIECE FEE FOR ALL CARD TRANSACTIONS (to cover processing fees).

Food and drink from the Museum cafe will be available during the event. These purchases not only support the Museum, but will also undoubtedly be delicious. Win win!
Please be aware that the art, entertainment, and general conversation may not be family friendly. This event can be chaotic. If you have small children, aren’t a fan of chaos, or don’t want to wait in long lines, please consider joining us during the remainder of the weekend.
This year the weekend will be a little different! Saturday morning from 9am-11am is accessible with regular museum admission / membership ($5 tickets were sold, but are currently sold out). After 11am it is once again free to attend.
We will be restocking about 2000 pieces before opening on Saturday morning.
Entry during the remaining days is free, but please note that it does not gain you access to any other exhibits. The Museum is being wildly generous making this exception for our customers and we expect you to not abuse this. We absolutely recommend purchasing an actual pass to the Museum and making a day of it.
To reiterate:
Do not even think about putting a piece of art back on the wall.
A $1 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO EACH PIECE FOR ALL CARD TRANSACTIONS.
PLEASE BRING CASH IF YOU CAN.
100% of the sales goes directly to the artist.
You absolutely cannot buy these pieces to resell. That’s gross, and unfair.
